Ordering an album
How ordering works in the pilot, what happens after you order and when you can cancel.
The order
- Choose an album and the number of copies, from 1 to 10.
- Fill in the address and phone. Carriers need a mobile number.
- Check the preview of the printed album and send the order request.
In the pilot
There is no payment on the site. The founder checks and approves every order within 1 business day. After approval, the team sends you payment details for the order price, and production starts once your payment arrives.
If something needs a fix, you get an email that says what to change and why.
After you order
Each step comes by email: received, approved and file checked, in production, shipped, delivered. When the album ships, you get a tracking number.
Cancelling
You can cancel until production starts. Import charges may apply on delivery.
